Five stages. One source of truth.
Every unit follows the same path through Ventory — and every step is tracked, timestamped, and visible to your whole team.
Material arrives and is logged
Incoming stock is checked in against the run plan. The moment it lands, it's a tracked SKU with a location — not a line on a clipboard.
Production runs, stage by stage
Units move through frame assembly and panel finishing. Ventory shows each run's station, quantity, and status in real time.
Quality is verified
Each run passes QC before it advances. Yield is recorded at the station, so a problem is caught where it happens — flagged "Review" until it's resolved.
Finished units are warehoused
Packaged units join confirmed inventory across every site you run. The warehoused count is always live.
Shipped with a clean record
Shipments are tracked end to end. When a customer asks, you export a timestamped trail in seconds — proof of every step.
What that looks like.
